When discussing trends, puffer jackets are clearly taking over. Talking about the revival of nightmare-items our parents forced us to wear back in the 90s, puffer coats are officially back.
In fact, dozens of luxury and low cost brands have presented their own puffer jackets version (Balenciaga started the red puffer trend last year). Oversized, pop, fluffy – the bigger the better seems to be this trend first rule, but because something that unflattering and unfeminine can be intimidating to wear, there are a couple of ways to wear it I feel like suggesting: first, balance the extra volume on top with something basic and skinny on the bottom, like a cropped skinny jeans or cigarette pants; preferably wear a pair of heels too to flatten your silhouette. Otherwise, when feeling like wearing some wide-leg pants, put a coordinate belt on your waist and puffer to valorize your natural shape.
